Refund policy

At Veloured, all sales are considered final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.

However, if you believe there is a valid issue with your order (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), you may submit a refund request for review. To do so, please email us at mailto:veloured.us@gmail.com within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order.

Please include the following in your email:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos (if applicable)

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are made at the sole discretion of Veloured.
